OUR PROCESS
We make bringing your vision to life a seamless and personalized experience. Here’s how it works:
PROPOSAL PHASE
1 | Inquiry & Complimentary Consultation
Once you submit your details, we’ll schedule a free consultation to discuss your vision, event details, and how we can help. After our chat, we’ll have everything needed to create your custom estimate.
2 | Custom Estimate
Your personalized estimate will include a detailed quote based on our consultation, along with a mood board to help visualize your design. We’re happy to adjust the quote as needed to fit your vision and budget.
3 | Booking & Retainer
Once you’re happy with the estimate, you can approve the quote and provide any feedback that may impact pricing. To secure your project, we require a 50% retainer, with the remaining balance due before your pieces are completed. A detailed timeline will be provided so you know what to expect.
DESIGN PHASE
Here’s where your vision starts coming to life!
4 | Wording Questionnaire & Concept Sketches
Based on our consultation and your preferences, we’ll create concept sketches that outline the direction for your final artwork, illustrations, and calligraphy. This step ensures every element reflects your style before moving forward.
5 | First Design Proof
Your first design proof gives you a glimpse of what your custom stationery will look like! This refined version incorporates illustrations, calligraphy, and all provided details into a cohesive design. If everything looks perfect, we move straight to final approval!
6 | Design Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions, allowing us to fine-tune your design until it’s exactly how you envision it. After finalizing the proof, we move to the approval stage.
7 | Final Payment & Print Approval
Your final proof includes all design elements for review—double-check details, layout, spelling, and quantities. Once you approve the proof and complete your final payment, we move to production!
